Synopsis

When do you know you've lost everything? Celic realized his life changed for the worst when he'd awaken from a brief sleep to find a body next to him in his car. He recalled his ex-girlfriend giving him a drink before he and the now dead woman had left to go for a drive. Marks on her neck and blood on his lips told the story. He'd been altered into a vampire.
Fear for the safety of his family and friends, he flees to the country to hide at a cabin, stopping only long enough to bury the woman. However, she comes back to life as an animalistic vampire with no thought but to kill. Because of her, Celic is found by his ex-girlfriend and the townspeople. He is staked through the heart to become living bones.
Still not satisfied, his ex (who is actually a witch) has his casket transported to the basement of her father’s estate. He lies there for one hundred years then his remains are sold to a rich attorney seeking absolute proof an unnatural vampire exists.
While on the way to the attorney’s mansion, the airplane crashes and Celic is freed.
New life, new environment, new time. How does one survive?
