About Me:
I was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica where I had to face and overcome various challenges and obstacles. Needless to say, these experiences were life changing and, as a result, I have decided to impart the wisdom that I have learned from this experience by writing the book, Breaking Forth: Using the Light to Dispel the Darkness. This book represents my desire to see people overcome self-imposed limitations (such as self sabotage, self rejection, low self esteem and self hatred) and societal barriers (such as discrimination, lack of opportunities, and bad economy) so that they can realize their true potential and break out and break forth into destiny, purpose, and personal fulfillment.

My book teaches you how to use the words of their mouth to create (or recreate) your world; the secret of discipline; how to use negative experiences as a catalyst for maximizing your true potential; how to effectively manifest a concept, vision, or dream into the physical realm and much more.

Breaking Forth: Using the Light to Dispel the Darkness is a book which will inspire, inform, and uplift as it shows you the power which, often times, lies dormant within you and is ready to be released and break forth to make an impact in the world around you.
