About Me:

My name is michael and I live, work and play in Whistler, Canada, Host venue for the 2010 winter Olympics. I’m an author and teacher in the area of personal growth, Meditation, and Spirituality. Over the last 20 years I’ve had the opportunity to train with some amazing individuals including Leonard Orr [father of the Rebirthing movement] and Deepak Chopra [Chopra Centre for Well Being in Carlsbad, California.] and most recently Stephen Wolinsky [founder of Quantum Psychology].

I love the worlds I dance in ~ conventional and not-so-conventional. Over the years I have pursued experiences and developed relationships with people who inspire and celebrate life to their maximum. My most recent book ZEN Shredding; is book about the pursuit of dreams, inspiration and change in life, a fusion of two different worlds Spirituality and Snowboarding [May 2008].
